Introduction to organizing your workspace

So how does the team organize their work? There are several things to consider, and there are various different features which help an item or a test author complete their work in a satisfactory way.

Probably the first question which arises is: how would it be best to structure each library so that it reflects the organization (and potentially the use) of the test materials which you are creating? And also, where should each user keep their work? 

Another issue which Gwen, as team leader, will need to think about is: which users should have access to which areas of the libraries? And, related to that, how can each author be sure that nobody deletes their work by mistake (and they don't delete anyone else's)? What happens if they need to collaborate with other authors on items or tests? 

We'll look at these questions in this chapter.
