How to configure TAO deliveries for remote proctoring

If you are using a remote proctoring solution with TAO, your TAO delivery must be configured for remote proctoring. To do this, tick the box next to Remote Proctoring, which is listed as one of the properties of the delivery you are creating, as shown in the image of the example test delivery above.

After a TAO delivery has been monitored (proctored) using remote proctoring technology, the results will be made available for each test-taker on the Results tab in TAO.

At the moment, the current third-party solution provider we use for TAO assessments is called Proctorio. Contact our support team if you would like to discuss using this solution.

Note: Remote proctoring is only available in the Premium/Ignite Edition of TAO (or higher).
