View the results
The results of your query will be displayed automatically on the main screen of the search interface. In the panel on the left you will see the folder in the library in which you initiated the search. In the example below, the search was conducted on the whole of the Items library, using the property ‘difficulty’ as a search criterion, with ‘very high’ as a value.
Search results
If many items are found in response to a search query, these will be displayed on multiple pages. In this case, the buttons Previous and Next become clickable, and you can navigate through the pages.
If at any time you rename, add or delete an item or any of its properties, or change the values of a property, these changes are taken into account in the search: the items will be re-indexed with their new names and/or new properties and property values. In other words, the search is dynamic. The changes may, however, take a few seconds to be implemented.
You can view any of the items found using the View button on the right of each one. When you click on the View button, you will be taken to that item in your Items library.
