Previewing items

Within the process of creating items, item authors can preview their items to see what they look like for test-takers by clicking on the Preview button on the blue bar above their item after they have finished authoring it.

When Iris has put the flag into the “Capitals: Argentina” item, it is good practice, therefore, to preview it before copying it to the main library.

If she is satisfied with the way the item looks (and behaves - she can try it out with the item preview to see if the scoring confiruration works as it should), the item is now ready for use in a test, and needs to be put in the corresponding folder in the Item library.
