Introduction to optimizing pictures

In our daily work, we often see customers using very large pictures. They can increase the download time of an item considerably and we recommend optimizing them before storing them in the Asset Manager or using them in items.

In this article we will give some useful tips. We’re focusing on TAO, but much of it applies to websites in general.
